As far as ASAP goes no company is perfect and it's a FREE RIDE. What's there to complain about. If you don't like them it's fine then ride with Paratransit and get picked up 2 hours before your appt and WAIT 2 hours after your appt and PAY FOR IT.....hmmmmmmm
