TERRIBLE. Me & my boyfriend are from Chicago and came into Rockford for a friend's birthday. As we walked in the door, a nasty bouncer rudely told my boyfriend he was not allowed in due to his white "V-neck" shirt. Not to mention the shirt was a designer v-neck, that probably costs $70. Meanwhile, a young man behind us gets pleasantly greeted as he strolls in wearing a WHITE "Run DMC" shirt. Apparently Rockford doesn't know taste and has no class. My boyfriend and I missed our friend's party. I will NEVER be back, nor will I EVER recommend this place to anybody.

Ultimately the worse bar experience I have had yet. Urine all over the both the Men's and the Woman's bathrooms. The servers seemed disinterested. Over priced and Under serviced

We were also told one price and charged another for the "all-you-eat fish"... $2 more. just a little misleading. Other then that, nice place would try again, but skip the fish.

I have been to Murphys several times, my husband and I always get excellent service. Everyone is so friendly, and coming up to talk to us. The food is excellent!! Also, half price sandwiches during the week. Fish is great on Friday nights. Also have been there for breakfast on Sundays, very good. Always huge portions of food. No matter where you go out to eat nothing is going to be perfect, but if you want perfect, stay home.
