This morning's work out was called, "Pain!"

Not much to say about that, just PAIN!

I walked in to work out with one of the other trainers, Stephanie. She said that we were going to work on legs. She did not know that I have not done biceps and chest yet, so with a little begging, I got what I wanted, and then some. I have always been proud of my chest and bicep workouts in the past, but not today.

Stephanie had me doing things I never thought of. I literally had to open my eyes wide and look around the room to make sure I was at B-Xtreme Fitness once in a while, because at some points I thought I was in some torture chamber in some third world country.

I told you guys about the machine called Eli (elliptical). Well, today I met Jacob (Jacob's Latter machine) "Pure Hell" is what that should be called. Imagine a 45 degree incline with a latter in it that moves down every time you step on it. You have to keep up with stepping to the next one before the last rung disappears. Two minutes was all, but it felt like two years in hell!

Ok, off the record,

I learned more about this program this weekend. I believe it's a good thing. In my quest for physical health, I am also looking to be mentally healthy, and a lot of that requires me to NOT be so hateful towards people, to be more forgiving, and to accept people even if I don't understand. I believe it's another step towards maturity for me. I learned about this campaign watching "Running Russell Simmons" (great show by the way.)
