01/07/2011 - "Weighed Wade" Blog #10

It's been a while, but I'm still here!
 
Started the new year off with a new workout program! After careful evaluations, Niki is making me step it up and lock in my weekly goals, monthly goals, and long term goals.
 
The first month was basically 'getting acquainted' month - learning all the cycles to working out, getting to know my trainers, and getting comfortable with my new lifestyle. Not so fast........they don't believe in getting comfortable.
 
After evaluating me the first month, they are now able to set my goals, and know how hard to push me. When you get comfortable with it, they turn it up!
 
I am actually at the point of craving it. I feel good. I really feel good about everything. I feel like I am in control of my life. It is so nice to have discipline back in order, 
 
So, my goals are not to miss one class and keep eating right. Whoever knew that egg whites, cottage cheese, shaved turkey, and a little pepper would be my new favorite breakfast. Our goal for me losing weight is going to be 10-15lbs per month from now through May. Wish me luck!!!

Good Luck with the new plan. I envy you for your discipline! It sounds like you're doing it right as well, so send some of that will power this way, will you?? Good Luck, you'll do it!!
