34TH ANNUAL TURKEY TESTICLE FESTIVAL SET FOR OCTOBER 12-13 IN BYRON, IL  

The Bar Owners Association of Byron, LLC is excited to announce that plans are in the works for the 34th Annual Turkey Testicle Festival in Byron, IL, on Friday and Saturday, October, 12 and 13, 2012, with hundreds of pounds of turkey testicles on order for the annual event!

 

Turkey Testicle Festival was started in 1978 by the owners of the Union Street Station historically the event was hosted at the Union Street Station, however due to a fire, the event is held down the street at the intersection of 2ndStreet and Union in Byron.

 

This year, the Bar Owners Association of Byron has selected several area charities to support including, the Serenity Hospice and Home, Operation Santa Claus, the Ronald McDonald Charities, and the American Cancer Society.  They are also grateful to be working with A.B.A.T.E. again this year.  

 

The days will be filled with bands, beers, bikes, food and of course fried turkey testicles!  Friday event there will be karaoke, and a performance by As One.  On Saturday, come and see Rollin’ Whiskey, Stone Free and Lizzy Neal.
