We have been there a couple of times. Most of the time the staff is stuck up and rude. We did go one Friday night and have outstanding service from Morgen. The food is amazing and there is great beir on tap.

I was here a few weeks ago for the first time. The atmosphere is fantastic. The drinks were good and the bartender was attentive. My only complaint would be that three people in my party ordered the same drink at different times, and we all paid a different price. :-/

I went there for the first time to meet some friends, it's a good thing i like my friends. It was over 20 minutes until the waitress graced us with her presents just to get a drink order. It seemed like we were inconveniencing her by being there and asking for ervice. Service was so slow that we stated placing out next order when she got back. To top things off the drinks were horrible! All mixer no "spirits"! When i asked about the drinks "quality" I was told I could pay for a double... really, gee no thanks. those were strikes 1 & 2. I may give it one more shot because I like the atmosphere and the british style. BUT I now have LOW expectations to say the least.
