South Beloit Fear Fest 2012 Celebrating 14 Years
Fear Fest, Northern Illinois largest and best haunted attraction.
S. Beloit Haunted Barn: Built and staffed by L.A.C. Recreation in an 1830s barn. An old school haunt designed to target all your fears. Featuring a vortex tunnel. NEW for this year; more square footage, over 1000 laser lights, and new scenes, including the 60foot tall spirit chamber.
Blood Creek Haunted Hayride: Also built and staffed by L.A.C. Recreation. Always the most popular attraction. Real haywagons and hay bales for seating. Pulled by John Deere tractors. A 15-20 minute frightfull ride in the woods. Several new scenes and one big surprise for this year
Both haunts are only 30 yards from each other with 3 acres of FREE parking. Located at an 1832 farm just one mile east of I-90 and Rte 75, near the Wisconsin State line. This is the oldest farm in Winnebago County. Built 14 years after Illinois became a state and 29 years before the Civil War. This farm was haunted well before Fear Fest was even an idea. Just ask the staff!!!
20 minutes from Rockford, 25 from Belvidere, 20 from Janesville and 55 from Freeport. Easy to find and easy on your fuel budget. You have to drive several miles to visit any other haunts.
