PRIMM and Proper Fitness Training is a personal training center designed to cater to individuals, groups of clients, and athletes of all sports. PPT is like no other facility in the area!

What separates us from the others? Our owner, Jeff Primm. Jeff is Illinois' most accomplished body builder and fitness trainer. It is Jeff's passion and commitment to share his knowledge and experience with others to help them to a healthier, happier lifestyle. It is this passion that Jeff has instilled in this facility and in his staff.

How do we carry that passion out? By providing a positive and motivating environment designed to empower you to be a successful at changing your mind and body for your betterment and for those around you. We guarantee our members the services needed for excellent fitness,leading to an improved quality of life.

At PPT you will learn about healthy nutrition and proper training exercising. No gimmicks or confusion!
