Rockford, Illinois' Labor Day Weekend Celebration that stretches over 25 blocks of the downtown area with over 80 musical performances, events, and vendors.

OTW 2011 will be help Labor Day Weekend ~ Sept. 1st, 2nd, 4rd, and 4th.

Saturday: CLOSED
