WROK (1440) is an American News/Talk radio station in Rockford, Illinois. It is owned by Cumulus Media. The station is licensed by the FCC to serve Winnebago County in Northern Illinois.

The station features Riley O'Neil as the host of the Morning drive-time broadcast (5am-8am). The morning news is anchored by Scot Bertram. Rob Brennan is the engineer.

"Straight Talk" follows the morning show and features Riley O'Neil and Scot Bertram. They co-host the show, which runs from 8am-10:30am. Riley and Scot interview local newsmakers and encourage listener participation.

"At Your Service" runs from 10:30am-11:00am. This half-hour program features, and is hosted by, local businesses offering advice and information germane to their particular area of expertise.

The Rush Limbaugh Show is broadcast from 11am-2pm, followed by The Sean Hannity Show from 2pm-5pm.

"Live at Five" features local TV personality Aaron Wilson from 5pm-6pm. Aaron focuses on local news and events. The Mark Levin Show airs live from 6pm to 8pm, followed by Roger Hedgecock until 11pm and The Dave Ramsey Show from 11pm to midnight.

Coast to Coast AM is broadcast from midnight to 4am seven nights a week.
