  you may run across some rif raff in the neighborhood depending on what night you go but 75% of the time this place is dead and a nice place to chill and play. yea the food is just snacks and pop and i wouldn't get a beer on tap there but your going there to play pool, right? the felt on all the 9 footers looks like shit, but a good majority of the 8ft tables are good enough to play on, for the price to play in there i can't complain. if your not a regular there then the employee's will most likely give you the cold shoulder but what do you care, you there to play pool? the rockford police actually work out of the gas station across the street from them and i see undercover cars in the parking lot all the time i have no fear of my safety down there if your looking for trouble then it will find you wherever you are. don't be stupid. if you want to go chill and play pool for a few hour then this is one of the few places in rockford to go.

  this place is horrible. i wouldnt recomend anyone go there. not even the people who work there should go there anymore. tables are horrible, service is horrible, and the owner is rude and just plain unfriendly. prices are set way too high on everything from drinks to microwaveable food, to billiard related equipment such as cues and what not. so yeah my opinion stay away. parking lot u will be greeted by people begging for money or ciggarettes and might even get robbed. just a bad part of town. be safe do not go!!!
