This place has an F rating on the Better Business Bureau website. Here is the review link, notice the complaints in the last year: http://www.bbb.org/chicago/business-reviews/tanning-salons/bronzing-spa-suite-in-cherry-valley-il-88379565 Between not being open during advertised hours, other forms of fraud, and an incredibly RUDE owner (Michelle) who obviously can't even handle running a simple tanning salon.... this place has driven away numerous customers over the past year. Even the staff hate coming to work and the ridiculous store policies they are forced to explain to customers. It really has gone downhill. When the owner can't even come in to work sober to open the store, it's going to have an obviously negative affect on the business.
