IGNITE is the Rockford Region's Young Professional group with the mission to attract and retain talent to the Rockford region by creating a young and vibrant atmosphere through education, connection and leadership opportunities for young professionals.

IGNITE works to connect, educate, inspire and reach young professionals already living in the five-county region (Winnebago, Boone, Stephenson, Rock, Ogle), while attracting more to the area through events and programming designed to engage and empower young professionals.

IGNITE has formed six main teams comprised of members looking to get involved - CONNECT (events), GIVE (volunteering), LEAD (business opportunities), REACH (membership), INSPIRE (diversity & entrepreneurship)and EDUCATE (educational programs).

Membership is open to any one living or working in the Rockford Region and interested in becoming more involved with other YPs, business leaders and the regional community.
